 | What we are Doing ? This year we are taking part in the Italian Job charity run. We aim to raise as much money as we can for the NCH Childrens Charity. So far we have raised £1235. We left Turin this morning and 500 miles and 8 hours later we arrived in Reims, we have a lovely hotel and had evening meal in the resturant next door. I had the German meat platter and could not finish it - see the new pics. We finished the night in the Champagne bar in the hotel and are going to visit Mumm tomorrow before we drive to Calais. 11-01-2006 03:19 PM

Hi All, Sorry we have not updated the blog, we have been so busy driving and having a good time, but here is an update of the last few days, Sunday 29th October We had a days driving and headed out to the Adria raceway for a few laps around the track, it was so good to give the mini a bit of a blast. Monday 30th October We left Venice and drove to Monza near Milan and we both drove the Grand Prix circuit, it was amazing to drive the mini around and have some great pics. We then headed to the lakes and stayed the night at Stresa. Tueaday 31st October We headed from Stresa and drove to Turin where we parked all the mini's in a Plaza for some photos. We then had a police escort through Turin to lingotto where we got to drive the roof top test track. Wednesday 1st November We have had a driving day today seeing some of the sights of Turin and are starting our journey back to the UK. 0 Comments 10-28-2006 05:00 PM
Hi All, We have had a lovely couple of days in Venice, Chris and Jaxs got married on Thursday and the service was great and on Thursday and Friday we had a lovely couple of days walking around Venice. Today we did our first mini timed run and had a drive in the mountains. We are currently in 15th place so not too bad. The Italian Job is great fun and we are so glad we have done it.
